Cin Cin with Spritz!

This colourful, fresh and tasty drink named 'Spritz' is the most popular aperitivo drink at the moment and defintely our favourite one! The culture of Spritz has it roots in Venice. Are you curious to know how to make it? This is how you mixed it;
All you need is prosecco wine (not expensive one is just fine), Aperol bitter liqueur and sparkling mineral water. You could even use Campari, but the original one is the Aperol liqueur. There isn't a unique way of doing it but you should use the 40-40-20 rule (meaning 40% of Aperol and Prosecco and 20% of sparkling water).
To conclude the work put a few ice cubes and garnish with a slice of orange! Serve it from a wine glass or an old fashioned glass.
Now your aperitivo party is going to be a success!
