It's all about those pretty hands!

The power of polish? Trust me girls - it's definetly a fashion activity taken seriously by italian women to express their creativity, fashion taste and humour. Nail art is here to stay. Painting your nails in murky green colours, dark chocolate, grey tones or matt black is a real fashion statement this autumn in Italy!

I love having these manicure goodies done all year long and I have to say that I am lucky to have a lovely nail artist, Ilaria, here in Rome coming to my house frequently. It's all thanks to her who creates art with my nordic hands. At the end of the day, when you are getting those nails done anyway, why not treat yourself with a artistically designed manicure?

Colours and themes vary of course depending of the season. This autumn the colours go from electric blue to matt black - from squared to almond shaped - from feathers to glitter. Beside here I have embraced my inner moody teenager with some fifty shades of grey - meet my new love...mr. matt grey!
