Looking for a easy but delish pasta dish for dinner tonight? Here is one of our favourites, a classical 'Spaghetti con gamberetti & pomodorini'- an easy, fast and very tasty pasta with shrimps and tomatoes - guaranteed success for this thursday night!

For 2 persons you need;
200 gr of spaghetti
150 gr of peeled shrimps
12 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
olive oil
a drizzle of honey
salt
parsley & basil
(lemon zest)
Take a wide-bottomed pan, pour a spoon of olive oil and a clove of garlic. As soon as the garlic begins to get colour, add the cherry tomatoes and the chopped basil. Let it cook for 10 minutes and during the time add some salt and a drizzle of honey. Now add the peeled shrimps with the tomatoes. Cook the shrimps only a minutes and remove the pan from the heat. Add the chopped parsley or more basil, all depending of your preferences. If you fancy, you can also add little bit of lemon zest.
Cook the pasta 'al dente' with a pinch of salt. Now, the secret is to take the almost ready boiled pasta of the heat a few miutes before the cooking time ends and transfer it into the pan with the shrimps & tomatoes. Let it zimmer a few minutes so that the spaghetti soaks up the saus. Put in on the plate, drizzle a spoon of olive oil on top and decorate with some fresh herbs - basil or parsley!
Pronti!

Buon Appetito!
